These products are then used in our Agribusiness activities and throughout the wider Gippsland region. The great thing is, these processes help to divert waste from landfills, in turn reducing the impact on the environment.The roleIn this role, you’ll be working as part of a team that turns many different forms of waste from various industries across the region and our own treatment facilities into compost. You’ll assist with the day to day operation of the Gippsland Regional Organics, which includes the use of heavy machinery and equipment as directed by the operations coordinator or senior operators.You’ll be operating at times, in bio hazardous and odorous conditions which makes the work we do regulated.
