CELOTTI Workforce has partnered with a well-established Western Australian civil contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager for site-based civil construction projects across WA. As a Project Manager, you will take the lead on a variety of mine, civil, and government infrastructure projects, managing the delivery of bulk earthworks and concrete construction packages across multiple sites and projects. These roles provide genuine site leadership, with autonomy and accountability for successful project delivery. Project Scope Managing bulk earthworks and land development activities Overseeing concrete structures, foundations, and related works Delivering mine infrastructure and NPI (Non-Process Infrastructure) projects Coordinating roads, pads, drainage, and associated civil works Leading predominantly self-performed project delivery teams Working on government and civil infrastructure projects ($250k - 2Mil) Key Responsibilities Oversee concurrent civil and marine infrastructure projects. Manage all phases of project delivery including planning, procurement, and execution. Lead and support site-based teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and HSEQ policies. Manage commercial elements including supplier agreements and claim submissions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. Provide technical input across projects and liaise with consultants as needed.
