Sun Engineering is seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Spray Painter to join our team at our Carole Park facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced painter looking for stable, long-term work with a respected engineering company.
About The Role
* Performing high-quality industrial spray painting
* Completing surface preparation and sandblasting as required
* Applying 3-coat paint systems (primer, intermediate & top coat)
* Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and schedule requirements
* Carrying out basic QA checks and maintaining clean, organised work areas
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience in industrial spray painting
* Competency with 3-coat painting systems
* Ability to check blast profiles
* Knowledge of monitoring environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, etc.)
* Understanding of QA processes – including visual inspection and documentation
Highly Regarded (but Not Essential)
* Coating Inspection Ticket
* NACE Certification
* Forklift Licence
