**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
Due to an internal promotion in the business, we are looking for a sales driven **Account Manager **to join our team based in **Canning Vale, WA. **You will work closely on key customers within the **construction **industry in the fast growing WA Market.
With a territory spanning the **Perth metro **region, you will be providing amazing service to new and existing accounts. This role will see you joining a high performance sales team and managing major construction accounts, achieving maximum sales and trading margin growth and customer satisfaction, while developing strategies to improve customer service levels.
This is a great role for an ambitious sales expert who is seeking variety in their day and loves getting out on the road to manage their accounts.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Seek and develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning and fact based analysis
- Achieve budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets through product basket optimisation
- Develop and manage an effective territory call plan for existing and identified customers
- Work collaboratively and strategically with Customer Care and Supply Chain colleagues
- Plan and develop strategies based on anticipated customer needs
To be successful, you will have:
- Exceptional account management and/or business development skills, and the ability to maximise sales opportunities
- Sound knowledge of the Construction industry in Perth metro region and market
- Exceptional relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive attitude and the ability to positively contribute to the team culture
- The ability to work autonomously whilst collaboratively across different teams
- Ability to Identify new marketing opportunities and develop strategies to convert these into actions
- An unrestricted Australian driver's license
