Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organizational development team, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, supporting strategic business goals, and providing guidance on human resources matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the ongoing development of our organizational foundations, including implementing policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence
* Lead initiatives across employee relations and broader organizational programs, with a focus on improving employee experience and outcomes
* Partner with managers and collaborate with leaders on development and succession planning, ensuring a seamless transition of knowledge and expertise
* Identify and manage organizational risks and compliance issues, providing expert advice on employment legislation and National Employment Standards
* Facilitate payroll processing and provide training and support to managers, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employees
Requirements:
* Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar field
* Minimum 7 plus years experience operating as a People & Culture Business Partner or equivalent
* Proven HR experience ideally in a scale-up environment, with a strong track record of driving organizational growth and success
* Comprehensive knowledge of Australian employment legislation and National Employment Standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way
