About the Role:
Eva Burrows College (EBC) is the National Learning Centre of The Salvation Army, we offer education and training including professional development, vocational training, officership, and higher education within the Salvation Army and to the public to build capacity and capability and deliver on the Army’s mission to transform lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and information to prospective and current students on enrolments, courses, learning platforms, system logins, fees, accommodation, RPL/credit transfer, teaching periods, graduations etc
- Liaise with the EBC streams in relation to student enrolments, compliance and student admin
- Provide reception back-up/support for the national EBC reception
- Greet EBC guests and students at reception/door, ensuring they are appropriately attended to and directed to the correct staff member/area
- Assist with set-up of meeting and training rooms for events and meetings
- Office housekeeping including facilities and cleaning coordination, stationery and amenities ordering and processing mail
- Filing and other administration tasks as required
About you:
- Relevant Business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desired)
- Significant demonstrated equivalent relevant experience, knowledge and skills
- Experience in customer service / student services
