Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Your day will fly by as you
* Answer national sales calls
* Process customer's orders, pricing, delivery requests and other enquiries
* Meet and greet in the showroom as back up.
* Develop a genuine understanding of our customers' needs to assist with product selection
* Prepare customised quotations and promote our extensive range of products
* Maintain showroom displays & brochure replenishments as part of the Adelaide team
* Promote good relations with customers and prospective customers
* Provide advice on planning, installation and operation of our quality products while in showroom
* Support our external sales team
Profile description:
We Are Seeking
* An enthusiastic, friendly team player
* An energetic individual providing exceptional face-to-face customer service & support
* Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette
* Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
* A background in kitchen, cabinetmaking or joinery would be ideal, but not essential
* Attention to detail, self-motivated and confident
* Previous experience with SAP will be a benefit but not a necessity
* Full working rights in Australia
What You Need To Apply
* A pro-active and driven individual who works well within a team and demonstrates aptitude and passion for customer service
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette
* Previous experience in customer service preferred
* SAP (SD module) experience is preferred
