About the Role

The role involves leading a team of 6-7 technicians, including training and developing casual retail assistants. A calm and practical approach in busy environments is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily store operations and retail presentation
* Drive store performance, sales results, and customer satisfaction
* Train and develop casual retail assistants
* Provide product and equipment advice to customers
* Manage stock control, merchandising, and cash handling
* Schedule daily routes for technicians
