Position: Retail Sales Assistant Store Manager
Location: 1 Calvin St, Yarrawonga NT 0830
Store Hours: Monday–Friday: 10am–6pm | Saturday: 9am–4pm | Sunday: 10am–3pm
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on tactical gear and apparel.
Assist customers in selecting products tailored to their specific needs.
Maintain store presentation, ensuring products are well-organized and displays are appealing.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Ideal Candidate
Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
Interest or background in military, law enforcement, or outdoor activities is highly regarded.
Someone seeking to grow into the role of Store Manager within 1.5 years.
Solid communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends.
Must be available to work the Christmas Period over December 2025 - Jan 2026.
