Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional service through all interactions
* Schedule appointments to optimise daily workflow and practitioner availability
* Maintain patient records while upholding strict patient confidentiality and privacy
* Perform administrative, financial and marketing tasks as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Exceptional human relations skills and high levels of interpersonal communication and collaborative teamwork
* Relevant medical administration experience with previous use of similar software (desirable but not essential)
