As a Growth Builder, you will:
- Support company’s goals in Asia-based countries to help grow multiple communities, analyze the landscape, and partner with organizations to create thriving communities.
- Serve as the expert contact for AMAs and external partners.
- Become an integral member of the team, primarily supporting Growth Operations and working with cross-functional stakeholders from Curation to Community.
- Proactively identify emerging trends, moments, and opportunities to accelerate community engagement and Social growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the core metrics for growth and form an action plan
- Support our partners with the setup of new social platform within the company’s platform
- Help drive the end-to-end logistics and execution of Company’s AMAs
- Develop an understanding of the “culture” of focus social platform within the company’s platform
- Write announcement posts and content in a style appealing to users
- Support data analysis and ad-hoc research efforts to guide in our growth strategy
Requirements
- Experience dealing with external partners and pitching initiatives
- A thorough understanding of how company works and user expectations
- A thorough understanding of the country, its language, and its culture
- A good understanding of the local company's ecosystem
- Interest in topic verticals (e.g., cinema, celebrities, cricket, gaming, etc.)
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and present findings clearly
