Job Description
We are currently looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our Concierge team.
As a porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and safe environment, ensuring our guests have memorable experiences throughout their stay.
Key Duties Include:
Be present at the Concierge desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage in an efficient and timely manner.
Assist guests with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information about Hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
Communicate with other departments to ensure relevant information is shared.
Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests.
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
Ability to provide prompt and efficient service, including building rapport both in person and over the telephone.
Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of team members.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
