As a SIL Support Worker, you will provide personcentred support to adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities, high medical needs, mental health diagnoses, or behavioural complexities. You’ll work collaboratively with clients, tailoring your approach to their individual needs and goals. You will: Build rapport quickly and communicate clearly Maintain accurate case notes and documentation Support clients with daily living, personal care, medication, and household tasks Work confidently with clients requiring highlevel or complex support Your Availability We offer casual shifts across a 7day roster, including: Active and passive sleepover shifts Day and evening SIL shifts This is a casual position, with shifts offered on an asneeds basis across Adelaide Metro. Role Requirements Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Nursing or equivalent Current NDIS Worker Screening Working with Children Check (WWCC) First Aid and CPR Manual Handling certificate Medication Administration, Infection Control and Mealtime Management certificates (or willingness to obtain) Full Australian Driver’s Licence Evidence of right to work in Australia CPI training – highly desirable Safe Environments for Children and Young People – highly desirable Epilepsy training – highly desirable Ability and willingness to use own vehicle to transport clients About DLi DLi is a leading disability support provider in South Australia, supporting people for more than 40 years.
