We partner with some of Australia’s largest print and IT providers, specialising in the transport and installation of large and sensitive equipment across multiple sites.
The Role
As a KKTS Printroom Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the print environment running smoothly. This role is essential in providing high-quality printed materials, including photocopying, booklet creation, binding, laminating, and general print services. The ideal candidate will have experience operating photocopiers and be organised, efficient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role is for approximately 20 hours per week, however opportunities for more hours will be available.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring print volumes and replenishing paper, toner, and other consumables
- Ensuring all printers and multifunction devices are operational and ready for use
- Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks
- Assisting users with print jobs, scanning, and first-level troubleshooting
- Escalating technical faults to service technicians when required
- Managing stock levels, placing orders, and coordinating recycling
- Distributing paper and supplies across departments as needed
- Logging service activity for transparency and reporting
- Produce high-quality printed materials for daily use
- Operate equipment for photocopying, booklet creation, and binding
- Perform laminating and finishing tasks as required
- Ensure consistent delivery of general print room functions
All tasks are supported by a structured checklist and operational manual to ensure consistency and quality. Staff must complete relevant inductions and compliance steps before commencing service.

- Ability to follow structured workflows and maintain accurate records
- A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Experience in print services, facilities, or device support
