What You Will Do
Client Relationship & Experience
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service coordination.
Schedule meetings, manage Zoom invites, and maintain clear communication.
Support client onboarding and engagement initiatives.
Ensure timely delivery of documents and instructions (ATO, ASIC, financials).
Workflow & Administration
Oversee job setup and time budgets in Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
Manage invoicing, disbursements, and document lodgement.
Coordinate workflows and reporting including maintain workflow calendars and appointment scheduling.
Compliance & Corporate Services
Prepare and lodge annual company statements.
Assist with ASIC changes, registrations, and business name transfers.
Handle ATO registrations and agent nominations.
Work closely with accountants and admin team to meet deadlines.
Run reports for workflow accuracy and compliance.
Participate in monthly admin catch-ups and continuous improvement projects.
