A Glimpse Into Your Day
As the first point of contact for the service department, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our workshop. Your key responsibilities will include:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to customers in person, by phone, and via email.
Use your expertise to listen to customer needs, accurately document vehicle concerns, and clearly explain recommended services and repairs.
Manage service bookings, coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely progress, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
Skillfully handle inquiries and feedback, turning challenges into opportunities to build lasting relationships and trust in our brand.
What You'll Bring To The Table
A genuine "customer-first" attitude and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of customers.
A strong foundation in automotive service advising or a mechanical trade qualification (or be in your 4th year).
