About the Role
This full-time role will see you responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of payroll across multiple sites and employee groups. You'll work as part of a collaborative admin team and help ensure all payroll obligations are met on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administering weekly payroll across multiple locations
* Ensuring compliance through payroll audits and reporting
* Processing terminations, bonuses and allowances
* Managing payroll tax, group tax, and superannuation payments
* Reconciling payroll accounts and maintaining accurate records
About You
* Previous experience in a payroll or finance administration role
* Strong communication, organisation and multitasking skills
* High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll systems
* Experience with UniPay is highly regarded
