About the Role
* Provide organisation-wide financial leadership, overseeing end-to-end finance and reporting functions, including payroll.
* Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and processes.
* Ensure efficient, reliable, and future-ready financial capability supports our Model of Care.
* Partner with leaders to align financial management with strategic priorities.
* Provide the Board with clear, meaningful, and timely reporting for responsible growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* CA/CPA or equivalent with over 8 years' senior finance leadership experience in complex environments.
* Proven record of delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit within regulatory frameworks.
* Demonstrated experience advising Executive teams and Boards on strategic financial analysis and business case modelling.
* Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Exposure to acquittal processes for Government funders.
* Demonstrated experience in tendering for new business and negotiating contracts.
