In the role of Head of Operations for Taco Bell Australia, you will be tasked to lead and optimise end-to-end restaurant operations by driving operational excellence, commercial performance, people capability, and consistent execution of brand standards across the business.

Whilst it is envisaged that this role will be based in our Sydney office, for the right candidate we can look at Melbourne as an alternative home base.
Scope of Role
* Operational Leadership - leading the day-to-operations, driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, systems, procedures and compliance and ensuring operational readiness for new initiatives, campaigns and business changes.
* Financial & Commercial Performance - Drive operational efficiencies, deliver on sales, profitability, labour and productivity targets, analysing operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
* Leadership & People - lead, coach, inspire and develop Area coaches and restaurant leadership teams, building leadership capability and succession pipelines across the operation, ensuring consistent leadership standards across the business.
* Guest Experience - champion customer experience and operational consistency ensuring all restaurants operate in line with brand standards and company expectations, driving continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and operational execution.
* Transformation & Continuous Improvement - support operational transformation and business improvement initiatives, identify opportunities to simplify operations and improve execution efficiency by driving adoption of new systems, tools and operational processes.
What you will bring to the role:
* Significant leadership experience within QSR, retail, hospitality or multi-site operations.
* Proven experience leading large operational teams across multiple locations.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance and team capability – your results will speak for themselves.
* Strong leadership, communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
