Construction Manager

Beaumonde Homes is a respected, family-owned luxury home builder with nearly 40 years of experience delivering high-quality, custom-designed homes across Perth.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of our residential projects and lead our construction team as the business enters its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all residential construction projects from pre-start through to handover
* Ensure compliance with all building regulations, safety standards, and contractual requirements
* Manage and support Site Supervisors and construction staff
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and program targets are met
* Review construction schedules, sequencing, and resourcing
* Monitor costs, variations, and construction risks
* Ensure consistent construction quality across all projects
* Identify and resolve construction issues proactively
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in residential construction management or senior site supervision
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
* Thorough understanding of Australian building regulations and compliance
* Experience managing multiple residential projects concurrently
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and cost control experience
* Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
