Bar staff
Requirements:
For Waitstaff:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a la carte service.
Ability to carry 3 plates, perform tray drink service, and manage a 8-table section.
For Bar Staff:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a barista or cocktail mixologist.
Must be 18+ years of age.
For All Positions:
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
Immaculate grooming and presentation.
Full/Flexible roster availability over 7 days (Lunch & Dinner).
Must already reside locally with no working restrictions in Australia (no relocation applicants).
Must reside within the Gold Coast region.
Full-time and casual positions available.
