Our client is a State Government Department who are actively seeking a Customer Service driven VPS2 Admin & Customer Support Officer with proven admin experience.
- PART TIME 3 MONTH CONTRACT
- Starting the 20/7/22
- Hours - 2 days per week 8:30am or 9am start time
- 200 meters away from station for easy travel
- Double Vaccination + booster required
- Ability to pass an Australian Police check
- Easy to fill timesheet and on-time weekly payment
- Footscray location
- $34 p/h + Super
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Answering calls, mostly complaints for example from parents about their children being bullied at school
- Leaving accurate notes on the systems and transferring them across to the relevant team
- The ability to understand a variety of customer enquiries
- Taking calls and directing to other departments
- Not call centre but generally taking calls for half the day
- Other administrative tasks associated with Integrity Unit responsibilities
**Job requirements**:
- Previous experience in similar role or State Government experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills with an ability to focus on priorities, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Proven phone based customer service experience
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
