Connecting Kids is a psychology clinic that focuses on the wellbeing of children, adolescents and their families. We provide intervention, assessments, group programs and presentations/consultations to parents and teachers. Connecting Kids is more than just a job. Qualifications & experience
* Full and active AHPRA registration as a psychologist (if you will be registered in early 2026, please still apply)
* New graduates are welcome to apply
* Excellent communication skills, honesty, integrity and respect with clients, families, team members and other stake holders including GPs, Paediatricians, teachers and other allied health professionals
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Willing to share resources, knowledge and fun with team members
* Values ongoing learning and development
* An active listener and seeks to understand
* Contributes to the team as well as being able to work autonomously
Tasks & responsibilities
* Communicates with all in an honest and respectful manner, and with integrity
* Psychology intervention
* Assessments and reports - including cognitive, learning, emotional and other neurodevelopmental presentations, with relevant strategies.
* Potential to run group programs and presentations for parents and teachers
* The role is flexible and there are further opportunities for professional growth and development
