We are seeking an accomplished and experienced chef to join our kitchen team in Busselton. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of quality menu management, the ability to lead high-performing teams, and a passion for innovation in modern Australian cuisine.
About This Role:
* Leads and contributes to the development of creative menus that showcase exceptional culinary skills and attention to detail.
* Drives menu cost control practices and maintains accurate food costing records.

* Maintains a strong knowledge of current market trends and applies this expertise to drive business success.
Your Qualifications:
* Minimum Certificate III and Cert IV in Commercial cookery, or equivalent qualifications.
* Proven experience in fast-paced kitchens serving high-quality menus, with a focus on leadership and teamwork.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
* Able to work independently, think critically, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
