Our Client is a well known and long-standing Victorian residential builder with offices throughout the State. They deliver new homes as well as renovations/extensions, multi-unit and townhouse developments.
They have several new projects about to hit delivery in the Bendigo region so are on the hunt for an additional site supervisor/manager. The role will be fully autonomous and oversee all facets of the construction process.
The role will sit across 3 - 6 projects that will run concurrently. They will be a combination of new build homes and renovations.
To be considered you will have previous supervisory experience within the commercial, volume or custom residential sectors. You will have formal trade and/or tertiary qualifications and come with a positive attitude and possess an eye for detail.
