We're a small, friendly team at Hotondo Homes Rockhampton, and we're looking for a reliable, organised person to help us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Our business is growing, and we need someone who can handle both bookkeeping and general admin with confidence and a can‑do attitude.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on role where you'll be looking after bookkeeping tasks while also helping with everyday office admin. You'll work closely with our team to make sure everything stays on track.
Your Responsibilities
* Process invoices, receipts, and payments
* Reconcile accounts
* Keep financial records up to date using Constructor
* Prepare and organise documents for BAS and reporting
* Handle admin tasks such as data entry, emails, and general office support
* Liaise with our accountant and suppliers when needed
About You
* Experience in bookkeeping or admin roles (construction admin experience a plus)
* Confident using accounting software (training provided)
* Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
* Friendly, positive attitude and able to work independently
* Flexible and reliable
