Start Date: 27 October 2025
Contract Type: Maternity Leave Cover (6-month contract)
Hourly Rate: $35–$37 per hour (based on experience)
Work Hours: Mon- Thu 9am-4:30, Friday 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and face-to-face interactions
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document handling
- Accurately enter and maintain data in internal systems
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support team operations and contribute to a cooperative office environment
Skills & Experience:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
Training & Onboarding:
- Two-week structured onboarding program starting 27 October
- On-site support and mentoring provided
