About the Role As an Operations Assistant, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly from warehouse to showroom.
Working closely with the Logistics Coordinator, you'll help ensure every order, display, and delivery reflects the quality our brand is known for.
Assist with receiving, packing, and dispatching orders Operate gantry cranes and forklifts to handle stone and tile products Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse and showroom areas Support product displays and showroom presentation Participate in regular stock checks and quality inspections What You'll Bring Current forklift licence (mandatory) Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Safety-first mindset and willingness to learn gantry operation Previous experience in warehouse or logistics (6+ months preferred) What We Offer Training and support for gantry operation Collaborative and passionate team environment Opportunity to work with premium, design led products Monday to Friday role in a stable, growing company Ready to Make It Count?
