Job Description Key Responsibilities: Analyse and document business requirements to support technology projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify project needs.
Develop detailed functional specifications and process designs.
Collaborate with IT, Security, Network Ops, Compliance, Risk, and external vendors so needs someone with technical knowledge.
Ensure compliance with government gateway security standards.
Define acceptance criteria, traceability, and support UAT.
Create process maps, reports, and support change management for SASE rollout.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are met effectively.
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Business Analyst should have: Strong experience in Senior BA roles across the government or regulated sectors preferred Strong technical knowledge in SASE architecture or network cloud experience with the ability to learn SASE methodology.
Strong experience in networking and security controls and Cloud integration Experience with PSPF, ISM, and government security frameworks.
Ability to engage technical stakeholders and external partners.
Agile experience and proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps.
Experience in creating functional specifications and process documentation.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
