This SSP provides tailored programs in a safe and inclusive environment. Students participate in:
* Academic programs across secondary subjects
* Vocational and trade programs: concreting, bricklaying, barbering, plumbing, hospitality
* Practical learning spaces: trade training centre, horticulture areas, café, and music studio
* Life-skills programs designed to address gaps in prior education
Supporting up to 90 students at a time, the school offers teachers the opportunity to make a real difference in students' academic, vocational, and personal development.

As a Secondary Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated programs to students with diverse learning needs
* Apply evidence-based strategies for learners with complex needs, including social-emotional challenges
* Collaborate with colleagues, welfare staff, and community partners to provide holistic support
* Foster inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environments that encourage personal growth
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking teachers who:
* Hold relevant secondary teaching qualifications (B.Ed., M.Teach)
* Are registered or eligible for registration with the NESA
* Have experience or strong interest in special education, differentiated instruction, and inclusive practices
* Are passionate about supporting students with complex learning and behavioural needs
* Are committed to empowering students to achieve academic, vocational, and personal goals
