Attracting the right talent is crucial for our success. We're seeking a skilled Onsite IT Technical Specialist to join our team. As an Onsite IT Technical Specialist, you will provide 2nd level onsite support on hardware and software for our customers.
About the Role:
* We require at least 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent) to ensure our customers receive expert support.
* You will build strong relationships with our customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service.
* Hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications is essential.
* A good understanding of ticket logging tools and the ticket handling process is required.
* BASIC knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts is necessary.
* You must be able to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
* Skilled in desk-side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S.
* Experience with Anti-spyware and Anti-virus software is required.
* Some usage knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP is needed.
