The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is recruiting for a Parliamentary Service Level 4 Emergency Management Officer within the Security Operations Branch. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of emergency preparedness and response activities that support APH. As a key member of the team, you'll play an important role in supporting operational emergency management and assisting with exercise coordination and logistics. You will apply sound judgement, manage competing priorities and contribute to decisions that help keep people safe, prepared and informed. You may also be involved in coordinating briefings and supporting resources during incident training activities and providing high-level administrative and stakeholder support across a range of emergency management functions. This role offers variety, purpose and the chance to make a difference in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. You will be required to occasionally work outside normal business hours.
