Our organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Accounts Administrator to join our team.
This role will involve general office administration, filing, and archiving of records, as well as daily data entry and accounts receivable processing. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring accounts receivable and purchase order inboxes, with weekly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Main Responsibilities:
* General office administration duties such as filing, archiving, and mail collection/distribution
* Daily data entry and accounts receivable processing to ensure accurate financial records
* Monitoring of accounts receivable and purchase order inboxes for timely payment and delivery
* Weekly reporting to the CFO on accounts receivable status
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of office administration experience is required, preferably with previous experience in accounts receivable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, with experience in MYOB or similar accounting software highly regarded
* Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role
* The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is also crucial
* Australian residency or citizenship is required for this position
