What You'll Be Doing
As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and steady hand that helps keep our clinics running smoothly. You'll greet patients, manage appointments and phone enquiries, handle registrations and payments, and support our team of healthcare professionals.
This is a fast-paced but deeply rewarding role where your warmth, attention to detail and efficiency will make a genuine impact on patient experience.
Key duties include:
* Managing front desk, patient check-ins and phone enquiries
* Coordinating bookings and appointment schedules
* Handling payments, billing and Medicare claims
* Ensuring accurate records and protecting patient confidentiality
* Supporting patient flow and team communication across the day
