Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Diploma in Beauty Therapy
* Proven ability to exceed individual sales targets and meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire, motivate, and build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest level of clinic operations and client satisfaction
