We're looking for a proactive and driven Personal Assistant to support our Founder/Director in scaling several businesses within our group.
This role is ideal for someone who's excited to be closely involved in the daily operations of the business, supporting your person every step of the way.
We're seeking a candidate with proven PA experience, ideally supporting senior executives or founders, travelling with them and arranging every last detail.
You will need to be confident in handling a fast-paced, dynamic, workload with professionalism and initiative. You will operate seamlessly, anticipating and resolving issues before they become evident.

Who We're Looking For
* Someone who is willing to grow and is deeply invested in learning. You will already have 2-4 years' experience in a similar role but are looking for your next challenge and a higher level of responsibility.
* A dynamic and proactive individual who shows initiative and makes things happen behind the scenes – you will be able to think through scenarios and come up with viable solutions without having to consult every step of the way.
* Resilience with a focus on positive outcomes and the bigger picture.
* A1 attention to detail. You will leave nothing to chance.
* Curiosity about entrepreneurship, operations, and company building.
* A tech-savvy person – you will be comfortable using productivity tools to enhance the life of the Founder
* Someone with the ability to manage routine transactional tasks such as banking, handling payment information for authorisations, managing subscriptions, vendors and accounts.
* Someone who is able to readily travel on a regular basis, and willing to undertake tasks while on the work journey.
