This role involves working in a residential setting, providing care and support to residents with varying levels of need.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality care and support to residents;
* Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
* Preparing meals and snacks for residents;
* Cleaning and maintaining resident's rooms and common areas;
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive and respectful work environment;
We are looking for an individual who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification;
* At least 6 months' experience in a similar role;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends;
* Physical ability to lift, bend, and move residents as required;
