**Paediatric Speech Pathologist Position**
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in a role that will see you working with kindergarten educators and families to build their capacity to support children's communication skills.
The role is part of the School Readiness Allied Health Program, which aims to support kindergarten educators and the families in their centres, to build their capacity to assist young children's learning in the areas of wellbeing, communication and access/inclusion.
* You will be responsible for providing allied health support to educators and families in order to build their skills in supporting children's communication through coaching, modelling, group training, case consultations and other discipline-specific services.
* You will also be required to work collaboratively with other disciplines within the team to provide a high quality multi-disciplinary service.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A graduate or post-graduate degree in Speech Pathology.
* Experience working in paediatric allied health, with experience working in kindergarten settings an advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team to develop and implement evidence-based programs.
