About the Roles
Due to the massive pipeline of work we have coming up, we're looking for experienced Landscape Leading Hands, Tradies and Labourers to drive our day-to-day landscape operations on-site.
You will work closely with our Landscape Foremen and the wider team to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces. We prioritise safety, foster continuous improvement, and are committed to creating opportunities for our team members to learn, grow, and advance.
Responsibilities for all positions:
* Produce high quality landscaping works, ensuring that all tasks are completed to project timelines
* Building and construction of fencing - pool, timber, gates
* Soft landscaping - planting, mulching, bushland regeneration, weeding, turfing, watering, river rock installation, washing out of storm water lines and units
* Hard landscaping - drainage, retaining walls, edging, slab fill, bulk soil, posting out units
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment at all times
Leading Hand responsibilities
* Plan, allocate, oversee and execute daily tasks in alignment with project schedules
* Supervise and support landscape crew members, labourers, subcontractors and trades
* Assist the Landscape Foremen in coordinating progress and ensuring timely delivery of all project works
About You
We are looking for an individual with:
* A desire to work on the tools with a team
* The ability to work on and complete all aspects of landscaping operations
* Strong technical knowledge of landscaping methods and materials
* A White Card and Driver's Licence (with reliable transport)
* A hands-on worker, with the ability to foresee potential issues and make rectifications before they become problematic
For Leading Hands / Tradies:
* A Certificate III in Landscape Construction
* A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* The ability to read and interpret drawings for softscape and hardscape works
* Skid Steer Certification (highly desirable)
