Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care in busy regional ED settings.
Conduct patient assessments, triage, and manage acute presentations.
Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using iEMR systems.
Support junior staff and assist with patient flow in the ED.

Mandatory Requirements Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
iEMR training completed prior to contract commencement (essential for all sites).
Current ALS certification and triage competency required.
Proven experience in Emergency Department nursing or acute care settings.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong clinical skills with a patient-centred approach.
