Podiatrist Opportunity in Eastern Suburbs
We are seeking an experienced and qualified podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team in the eastern suburbs. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality podiatric care to adult and paediatric clients, working closely with colleagues to provide a comprehensive service.
The role involves a mix of in-clinic consultations and home visits, with a focus on delivering evidence-based practice and client-centred care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality podiatric care to adult and paediatric clients
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive service
* Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that meet the needs of clients
* Provide education and support to clients and their families
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in podiatry
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Podiatry or Master of Podiatry (or equivalent)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a podiatrist in a community health, hospital High Risk Foot Clinic, and/or private practice setting
* Applied clinical knowledge and experience in delivering client-centred and evidenced-based practice in podiatry
* Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary service
* Experience in chronic disease management, especially diabetes and vascular disease wound care, orthotic prescription and manufacture
