 
        
        About the Role
We seek an experienced Transformation Management Specialist to support successful delivery and adoption of a new Enterprise Content Management solution.
This role will guide the organisation through significant transformation, helping stakeholders transition to new business processes and technologies.
The Transformation Manager will play a key role in ensuring change is embraced, adopted, and sustained across all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead development and implementation of transformation strategies, stakeholder personas, and customer journey maps.
 * Conduct stakeholder analysis and build awareness, understanding, and support for the change initiative.
 * Monitor change progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to address resistance or emerging challenges.
 * Support and coordinate with the Change Advocacy Network and Transition Lead Network to ensure strong stakeholder engagement.
 * Collaborate closely with project team members, including the Project Director, Workstream Leads, and Communications Specialist.
Requirements:
 * Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives within large, complex projects.
 * Strong understanding of transformation management methodologies and tools.
 * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
 * Ability to work across all levels of an organisation and influence outcomes.
 * Experience supporting technology-driven change, particularly involving ECM or similar platforms.
