About the Company:

Role Overview:
* Tender preparation and coordination by supporting the bid team in preparing high-quality submissions that align with client requirements and company capabilities.
* Represent the company at initial project site walk-throughs and trades days.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
* Assist in developing a strategic approach to tendering.
Technical capabilities/experience:
* 10 years' experience in construction, senior estimating experience for 5 + years.
* Ideally 5 years experience estimating complex remediation projects, heritage or commercial projects.
* Thorough understanding of construction and operation processes, structural complexity, techniques, terminology, and costs.
* Ability to negotiate a win/win outcome.
