The Company
Machine Operators required to join our client, a global market-leading aluminium packaging manufacturer for major brands in the beverage industry. The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Operate, monitor, and set high-speed production machinery
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to minimise downtime
- Conduct quality checks and complete production documentation
- Strictly follow all safety procedures at all times
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:
- Machine operating experience in high-speed printing or FMCG manufacturing environment
- A strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
- A current forklift licence is highly advantageous
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work overtime and assist with ad hoc tasks
On Offer
Rotating 12-hour shifts: 7am-7pm (days) and 7pm-7am (nights)
$36.92 per hour + 30% night shift loading + super + overtime (paid at 1.5x and 2x)
