Candidates must have 3 years minimum fine dining restaurant experience to excel in our award-winning establishment.
In addition to delivering refined table service with expertise in reservations, greeting guests, menu and wine recommendations to ensure an exceptional dining experience you will also be responsible for curating the beverage list, managing inventory, and enhancing the wine service in the lounge and dining room with oversight from our wine consultant.
A minimum of 2+ years sommelier experience is required for this position.
WSET Level 3 certification is required for this position.
Candidates must hold valid work visa or appropriate Australian work rights.
