Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Plumbing Foreman to lead our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
The Role
As a Plumbing Foreman, you will play a key role in managing projects and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and coordinating a team of plumbers and apprentices to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Planning and scheduling work to meet project timelines and deadlines.
* Interpreting building plans and overseeing installations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Collaborating with clients, builders, and project engineers to manage manpower and materials effectively.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and other trades.
* Overseeing project design, changes, and compliance with industry regulations.
* Implementing quality assurance processes and ensuring adherence to company standards.
* Mentoring and supporting team members to enhance their skills and performance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or in a similar leadership role.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* A solid understanding of plumbing industry regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
