The Role: We're looking for a motivated, hunter-style Sales Representative to own a defined territory and drive results. You won't be stuck behind a desk - you'll be on the road, meeting customers at their homes, farms and businesses to help them design and build their dream sheds.

* Base Salary: $65,000 + Superannuation + Motor Vehicle Allowance.
* Commission: Generous, uncapped structure - your earning potential is in your hands. Top performers earn $140k–$180k+. This role is not capped for the right person.

What you'll be doing:
* Traveling across your territory to meet with warm leads.
* Conducting site inspections and measuring up for custom projects.
* Creating accurate, competitive quotes and designs that convert.
* Using Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and close deals faster (non-negotiable).
* Closing sales and hitting monthly targets.
* Managing a defined monthly revenue target within your territory.
* Representing the Shed Bonanza brand with professional, expert service.
What we're looking for:
* A proven track record in face-to-face sales (construction or trade background is a massive plus).
* A minimum of 3+ years of consultative sales experience, ideally in construction/building products is preferred for this position.
* A self-starter who can manage their own diary and territory effectively.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close.
* A current Australian Driver's License.
* Own reliable transport is required as you will be on the road daily and reporting to our head office based in Narre Warren on a weekly basis.
* This role suits someone who enjoys targets, accountability, and being measured on results.
If you prefer a desk-based role or need heavy supervision, this role won't be a fit.
You'll be walking into an established territory with consistent enquiry flow from day one.
You'll receive structured onboarding and a clear 90-day ramp to get you productive fast.
