**About the role**
Australian Retirement Trust is seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to our Executives, including the Chief Investment Officer. You will:
- Organise the preparation and submission of Board and Committee papers and presentations.
- Provide oversight, co-ordinate and/or delegate as required internal and external meetings, workshops, functions and events, including scheduling, meeting and greeting, collation and distribution of meeting papers/packs, booking meeting rooms, organising catering.
- Manage travel arrangements including bookings, amending schedules and managing itineraries as required.
- Perform initial expense review for cost centre monthly report and assist with budget preparation annually. Accurately track expenses by managing credit card and general receipts, ensuring expenses incurred are within company policy.
- Review and monitor monthly budget and track year to date monthly expenses. Reconcile and check corporate credit card statements, domestic and international travel expenses, mobile expenses and tax invoices.
- Identify and manage emerging issues and concerns that should be brought to the attention of the relevant Chief and work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to recommend solutions.
This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.
We are **flexible** with location provide you can attend our **Brisbane** or **Sydney** office at least once a week.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
- A high level of administrative, conceptual and analytical skills and experience in supporting C-Suite Executives.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, accuracy, attention to detail, and meet deadlines, both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to spelling, grammar, formatting and presentation.
- Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite (including Visio), digital platforms and meeting functionality arrangement.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement with mínimal supervision, including proven integrity and discretion in handling matters of a sensitive and confidential nature.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, building and maintaining effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to work autonomously and part of a team.
