About the role
Our team is seeking an experienced and skilled Vehicle Coordinator to join our dynamic group. This exciting opportunity will play a pivotal part in ensuring our fleet of vehicles is well-maintained, clean, serviced, and damage assessed prior to handing over the keys.
The Vehicle Coordinator will be responsible for controlling cars that are onsite at the depot, ensuring the depot carpark is neat and tidy. Additionally, this individual will assist with the movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required, complete inspection photos for vehicles, inspect and review accident repaired vehicles, organize the depot at the end of each day, assist stakeholders with vehicle pick-ups, ensure all vehicles are serviced on time, and receive and prepare new vehicles.
For this role, we require a full unrestricted Australian Driver's License, comfort commuting and working out of our Haberfield, Sydney Hub, intermediate level computer skills, a strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, excellent attention to detail, the ability to ensure all compliance requirements are met, and the ability to go above & beyond in your role to assist the team and for customer satisfaction.
