At IPLiving, our purpose is to improve outcomes for retirement community residents and society through our values of Customer First, Integrity and Respect, Sustainability and Continuous Improvement.We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead off-the-plan apartment sales and resales of existing villas at our Pinetree retirement community.About the roleThis senior role is responsible for the end-to-end sales and marketing of independent living apartments and villas, ensuring a seamless, trusted experience from enquiry through to settlement and move-in.You will drive sales performance, manage the sales pipeline, coordinate reinstatement and refurbishment of resale villas, and build strong relationships with future residents, families and key stakeholders.
Working closely with the Community Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining Pinetree's reputation as a high-quality retirement living community.Key responsibilitiesLead off-the-plan apartment sales and villa resales from enquiry to settlementDevelop and execute targeted sales and marketing plansGenerate, nurture and convert leads using CRM systemsConduct village tours, appointments, open days and sales eventsBuild and manage a strong waiting list and prospect databaseCoordinate reinstatement and refurbishment of resale villasLiaise with residents, families, legal representatives and contractorsEnsure all sales activities comply with the Retirement Villages Act (VIC)Provide regular sales reporting and insightsAbout you5+ years' experience in sales management (retirement living, property or real estate)Strong track record in off-the-plan and/or residential property salesRelationship-focused, empathetic and commercially drivenHighly organised with strong reporting and CRM capabilityUnderstanding of retirement living contracts and complianceApplicationsClose Friday 16 January ****
